Upcoming Workshops: Data Management & Analysis Tools

Dana Library and the Graduate School-Newark are pleased to continue the Spring 2021 Graduate Student Success Workshops, designed to integrate students' scholarly, personal, and career goals into a sustained program of professional development. Our next six workshops on 2/26, 3/8, 3/16, 4/2, and 5/3, will provide a comprehensive introduction to popular data management, analysis, and visualization tools -- SAS, Qualtrics, Voyant, and Tableau -- as well as Twitter! Learn how to work smarter and save time using these tools!

Text Analysis with Voyant: Voyant Tools is an open-source suite of analysis tools for analyzing texts or a corpus of texts. In this webinar, students will learn basic information about different types of text analysis and their uses. Students will use a prepared corpus to explore different tools in Voyant and discuss how they might use it in their own work. More information about Voyant's suite of tools is available here.
